This company is no good. If I ran my business the way they run their business I wouldn’t have work. First I’m not one to leave a bad review. But this company is a joke. I bought a lamp and it worked great and then all of a sudden it started strob lighting. I reached out and they took a while to get back to me. (Almost two weeks)Requesting a video and photos. Which I sent. They then said they would send me a new lamp I just needed to pay the shipping. I payed the shipping and then was informed they only had bright pink lamps. I wanted silver as that was the original color I had. I said it was fine as I was needing a new lamp. It arrived and lasted only a week. 1 week is all. I reached out again and they said they needed to video chat me to see where it was plugged in how it was working ect. I did as they asked. That was two days ago and I have heard nothing. I’m not in the business of ripping people of by selling faulty or bad products. I have requested a refund twice and have gotten nothing. I’m extremely frustrated. Please don’t buy this lamp. If there lamps are this bad makes me wonder what there other products are. How they cut corners. Buyer beware.

Don’t waste your time buying this lamp it is not innovating. Bad customer service: The company doesn’t want to admit to a not well made product either. I even did a video call to show them how it doesn’t work. They will make you pay for the rtn shipping and 20% restocking fee. Mean while they ignore the fact that the item doesn’t function as instructed n should not be put back on shelves to sell. Fix it 1st! How do you make a customer pay for restocking fee when the item doesn’t work?

I went to the Premiere in Orlando. I was looking for gel polish and came across this light. They had different colors to choose from. I absolutely loved the way this light looked, it's functionality and the dimmable feature. A bonus was you can change your client's phone...Great product !!
